Very nice meals and service
We ordered the seafood pizza and another insect pizza, both were delicious, the prices seemed quite affordable for the ingredients they have, we tried the insect tacos, these are not very big but they are worth the experience, the place is very quiet with pleasant and loud music, a very pleasant experience, we will surely return soon. Great food, great service, great environment. Tlaxcala is kind of boring but this place is really fun.
I really liked the menu proposal: local ingredients, comfort food dishes, but with a twist of contemporary cuisine. The cottage cheese wrapped in pumpkin blossom, the guacamole and the breaded shrimp with amaranth bathed in pulque sauce met my expectations. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service very accurate.

Very good artisan pizza and local beer
Awesome place on the roof top of a downtown building with a great view of one of the main parks in Tlaxcala. The food is not your everyday meal you find on most of the restaurants, plus they have local craft beer.
